Job Title: Bagger / Packout OperatorLocation: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Job SummaryThe Bagger/Packout Operator is responsible for the final stage of the mattress manufacturing process. You will operate specialized machinery to bag, seal, and label mattresses, ensuring every unit meets quality standards before it reaches the customer.Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate mattress bagging and compression machinery efficiently.
• Packaging & Sealing: Securely bag and seal mattresses (including foam and hybrid models) using heavy-duty plastic sheeting to protect against moisture and dust.
• Quality Inspection: Perform final checks for defects, ensuring correct size, weight, and legible labeling.
• Inventory & Staging: Accurately label finished products and stage them in the shipping area for transport.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean work area and strictly follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and move repetitively for the duration of the shift.
• Lifting Ability: Must be able to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50–100 lbs with team assistance).
• Attention to Detail: Precision in applying shipping labels and identifying manufacturing flaws.
• Reliability: Punctuality for the early 5:00 AM start and flexibility to work mandatory overtime.
• Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not always required (on-the-job training provided).
