The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the storage and distribution process and to make sure that the storage places and warehouses are ready for keeping goods till the prescribed time. The manager is responsible for assigning duties to the staff involved in the process and has to plan and manage the functioning of the warehouse. This person is also required to send details to the other departments involved regarding product inventory, dead stock, manpower required, goods condition, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures that the goods are transported safely from the warehouses to the point of sale.

Job SummaryThe Bagger/Packout Operator is responsible for the final stage of the mattress manufacturing process. You will operate specialized machinery to bag, seal, and label mattresses, ensuring every unit meets quality standards before it reaches the customer.Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate mattress bagging and compression machinery efficiently.
- Packaging & Sealing: Securely bag and seal mattresses (including foam and hybrid models) using heavy-duty plastic sheeting to protect against moisture and dust.
- Quality Inspection: Perform final checks for defects, ensuring correct size, weight, and legible labeling.
- Inventory & Staging: Accurately label finished products and stage them in the shipping area for transport.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean work area and strictly follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and move repetitively for the duration of the shift.
- Lifting Ability: Must be able to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50–100 lbs with team assistance).
- Attention to Detail: Precision in applying shipping labels and identifying manufacturing flaws.
- Reliability: Punctuality for the early 5:00 AM start and flexibility to work mandatory overtime.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not always required (on-the-job training provided).

Assist the SC Maker with ingredient preparation and batching
Wash and sanitize tanks, lines, and production equipment
Connect and disconnect hoses safely and efficiently
Monitor make screens and production flow for accuracy and consistency
Support quality control and ensure proper handling of materials
Follow strict safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
Communicate issues quickly to maintain production efficiency
