**Job Title: Fabric Cutter**

**Location:** Rancho Cucamonga, CA

**Job Type:** Full-Time average 10-12 hours a day Mon-Fri 5am-1:30pm

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Fabric Cutter to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately cutting fabric according to specifications for various mattress models, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Interpret production orders and cutting specifications to prepare fabric for mattress production.
- Operate cutting machines and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Measure, mark, and cut fabric pieces with precision, ensuring alignment with patterns and templates.
- Inspect cut pieces for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize cutting processes and reduce waste.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking fabric usage and reporting any shortages.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in textile cutting or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in fabric cutting or a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise measurements and specifications.
- Basic mathematical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Familiarity with cutting machines and tools, including electric shears and manual cutters.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [weight limit] pounds.
